I cannot recommend Avodah highly enough. I had a prenatal massage and it was so relaxing. I never wanted it to end. The space was so thoughtfully curated, serene, and welcoming.

Shannon is incredible with infant bodywork! I had no idea what it was before having a child and the differences I see in my child even after a few sessions is wild! (ie, so much less rigid with her arms, shoulders, legs, better sleeping at night, better bowel movements). Highly recommend considering infant bodywork!

Shannon is great! I never feel rushed through my appointment, and always feel rejuvenated. I would highly recommend her for all massages, but specifically for prenatal massage. I've had nothing but good experiences.

I am a physical therapist, so I know a good massage when I get one. And Shannon is very skilled at what she does. She was able to find all the the spots contributing to my pain without me telling her, and I felt so much better the next day. I plan to recommend her to my clients and continuing to go myself.

Had my first massage with Shannon over the weekend and it was fantastic! Prior to the pandemic, I was getting massages regularly with my trusted MT in Charleston.
